Are your items made to order?
Most Marnie&Co pieces are made especially for you. Each item is carefully embroidered in our little studio, so please allow time for your order to be created before it is dispatched.
How long will my order take?
Our current turnaround time will always be shown on the website. This is the time needed to make your order and does not include delivery time. During launches and particularly busy periods, turnaround times may be slightly longer.
What size should I order?
You’ll find sizing information on each product page to help you choose the best fit. If you love a more relaxed or oversized look, you may want to size up. If you’re unsure, feel free to get in touch before ordering and we’ll happily help.
How should I wash my embroidered sweatshirt or T-shirt?
To keep your embroidery looking its best, wash your item inside out on a gentle cycle at 30°C. Avoid bleach and tumble drying where possible, and do not iron directly over the embroidery.
Will every embroidered item look exactly the same?
Because each piece is individually embroidered, there may be tiny variations from one item to another. We think that’s part of what makes them special. Your piece has been made just for you rather than mass produced.
Do you accept returns?
We want you to absolutely love your Marnie&Co order. Returns on non-personalised items are accepted in line with our returns policy, provided they are unworn and in their original condition. Personalised or custom-made items cannot usually be returned unless there is a fault.
